It's Time To Impeach Justice Thomas

"Morality, like math, is its Own justification" - ME

This is June 21, 2011 and it turned summer about a half hour ago on this overcast day. I guess they were wrong about today being a scorcher. It’s time for once and for all to impeach Justice Clarence Thomas and remove him from the Supreme Court bench. He has never had that ethereal quality called “Judicial temperament”. I’m not sure that a man addicted to the sleaziest of pornography is the “right sort” we want to elevate to what Thom Hartman refers to as “black robed Royalty in this country”. The Supreme Court’s own claimed role of ruling laws “unconstitutional” may in itself be an unconstitutional act, how be it an long established one. The old testament uses the same word for judges as for “gods”, that being the “Elohem”. I don’t believe Thomas was showing “judicial temperament” when he referred to the Anita Hill charges as a “high tech lynching”. That’s the sort of race card dealing that would even make Johnny Cochrin blush. Of course it seems stranger than anything to me that Justice Thomas “never asks questions” as the eight other justices so, when a matter is being argued before the bench. I’m seen Thomas in action myself on C-Span, or rather should I say “not in action”. I think he was put there as a “token nigger” (pardon my French) by Bush 41 after Justice Marshal retired from the bench. That whole confirmation process has always been a swirl of controversy. Should a justice be fired for hating women? Perhaps not. But as you know there is a large body of rulings where Justice Thomas should have recuiised himself and didn’t. Many involve associations of his wife. Thomas had a direct conflict with the all important Citizen’s United case, the outcome of which dramatically shifted the balance of political power in this country and by itself could have swung the 2010 election to the other party. As you know in the Citizen’s United case, the court unnecessarily broadened the scope of the case to include issues which were not directly at issue. Whoever made this decision was most certainly engaging in that dreaded term, “Judicial Activism”. This case gave businesses the standing of person-hood that no law or congress or presidential executive order ever did. And Thomas is largely responsible for it. I don’t see why he’s being allowed to get away with it. Justice Abe Fortess in the Johnson administration was forced out of office on much less significant charges than Thomas is guilty of. But back then we as a society had a sense of personal honor (remember that word?) that is appallingly lacking today.

On Monday the United States Supreme Court in one of their party line 5 to 4 rulings we’ve seen so much of lately, ruled that female employees don’t have the basis for a class action suit against Wall-Mart to the effect that there is a system wide discrimination policy against them. This overturns a lower court ruling, which says they did. Judge Scelia spoke for the majority saying that “there is no legal glue which holds all these cases together. They ruled that there was no proven edict or order they could point to to substantiate their case. If all of these female employees of Wall-Mart are going to sue in the Courts to redress their grievances against discriminatory promotion policies, then they are going to have to sue individually. This is a simple case of “unided we stand- - and separately we get crushed by the Big Daddy corporations- - - One by One”. You know Wall-Mart just loves this ruling and are popping champaign corks over it. As to what I think about all of this- - - I could swing either way on this issue, actually. I wouldn’t want a ruling coming down that conservatives could rip apart in legal terms. But at the same time I think we all can be pretty sure that Wall-Mart does have some sort of transcending implied policy against promoting women. There are a lot of woman-haters in high place. And Justice Clarence Thomas is a woman hater. For this reason I as one of these wronged women would go after him and get the whole ball rolling on the impeachment thing. There is stuff in the Bible about “not doing the right thing - - even when you might be opposed - - if your conscience tells you you’re wrong. I don’t know whether some of these justices even have a conscience. I think the era of male chovenism is a feature of the past and is fading just like the 20th Century. I imagine Justice Thomas, like Rush is one of those people who believes that “What a woman really needs is a good man- - - you know, to serve and have them tell you what to do”.

Some of these governors of big states like Jerry Brown and Andrew Cuomo have such a major phobia against “failure” that they assume they can and must “accompelish anything”. Brown wasn’t satisfied with success but insists he wants to get some new tax hikes approved and is vetoing his own party’s action so he can cut some sort of deal with the Republicans to get the tax measure on the ballot. Now the California Controller is saying that the pay of legislators will be docked because they did not submit a "fiscally viable budget in time" even though it's the earliest budget in decades and it's two weeks early. In Andrew Cuomo’s case, I’d say “on the whole issue of gay marriage you either have the votes, or you don’t. And if you don’t you pick up your marbles and go home and take a stand on a different issue”. Now he’s trying to “get in bed” with various interests. Some people in New York City want rent controls established, so this is a part of the bill. Whereas others, I imagine republicans, want a property tax cap, to boost their profits and jack up their equity into the stratosphere like it was here thirty years ago. Property with a low tax rate is worth a lot more on the market than property under a high tax rate. My belief is that all three of these issues are so “disperate” and diverse- - that they should all be handled separately. Personally if it were up to me I would see all three of these measures defeated.

John Huntsman is talking about “civility, humanity, and respect” and that these qualities are lacking today, when he declared his candidacy for President. He’s going for that extinct species, the rational Republican vote. The G O P, as Randy says, is going to despize him. Even Romney will cut him to pieces. They speak of him as being “likeable and pragmatic guy”. Huntsman speaks Manderin Chinese but this is because of his family connections. Of course you all know he was ambassador to China under the Obama administration. He’s also a Mormon and rides motorcycles. So he’s a “maverick” for sure. He won’t last long with all these right wing Purity squads around.

Dr. Levy has announced his "Dream Ticket" and it's Governor Rick Perry and Michelle Bachman, who I hear is really short, which works against candidates. Levy likes Perry because of his record in cutting taxes and bringing jobs to Texas. Apparently over4 40% of all the jobs generated in the whole country are in Texas. Dr. Levy's platform is that "There are no jobs because Obama didn't make jobs his priority in taking office. Instead he favored raising taxes and drove more jobs out of the country so now he'd made the economy worse". On the G M bailout Dr. Levy was against this because "He should have demanded that the Unions renogiate their wages and break existing contracts". When informed that G M has paid back their loan Dr. Levy responds, "No they haven't. Only a small portion of it". On oil it's "The reason why gasoline prices are so high now is because President Obama has stopped all drilling. We have plenty of oil in this country for a long time to come if the President will allow us to tap it". However it seems the reality is that oil production in this country is the highest it's been in a long time. Some may ask "Does Dr. Levy have a doctorate in economics?" Absolutely not. Every one of these statements is so idiotic as to be beyond the pale. Of course whoever the candidate is next year it will be one approved by the Koch Brothers or whoever gives these candidates their talking points. However Randy points out that even rich people like the Koch brothers could be gobbled up and bought out by someone even more powerful, so that the number of truely rich people will be further thinned out, so that there are only a few - - - or one.

Let’s return to the whole bit with cloaked objects. First of all there are objects with primary cloaking and those with secondary cloaking. Those subject to primary cloaking have the ability to cloak certain objects that would remain uncloaked on their own – in regular space, just by virtue of being within the cloak however they are cloaked to outsiders. Cloaked things and people inside a vessel are, of course, material to each other. These secondarily cloaked objects cannot be used to conceil other objects per se. Cloaked people can see other cloaked objects, either primary or secondary. Cloaked people can see uncloaked matter but can't handle it. Objects with secondary cloaking within a vessel exhibit the same optical traits and relation to other matter as in the uncloaked world. No uncloaked object or person can be transported through hyperspace using this particular mode of transportation. When a secondarily cloaked object leaves the environs of primary cloaking, it materializes. But only for a while till it breaks down and begins becomes cloaked. Secondary objects cloaked a long time stay material on the outside for a shorter time than objects cloaked a short time. If an object is cloaked a short enough time, when it enters regular space - it will remain material. However primary cloaked objects will not hide objects with no cloaking at all. Were you to put an entirely uncloaked object in or on a cloaked object it would fall to the floor. I imagine you know by now that cloaking is best done in zero gravity or certain dire things will happen. (see previous) Objects or people intended to exit the ship for their own safety are sobjected to a (translation problem) device that renders their primary cloaking into secondary, so they don't suffer the adverse gravitational consequences of sinking into the ground in continuous gravitational acceleration downward, as in accordence with Newton's laws. I asked Stewart whether there were different ways of cloaking objects and whether two objects cloaked in different manners would have physicality or materiality to each other or not. Stewart refused to say “Yes” or “No” to this but just said “Those- - would be logical deductions”. I asked Stewart if he could describe the process by which molecules are altered to be “cloaked”. Stewart declined. That’s going too far. Actually the “bubble” I spoke of in the last outing is really more of a “test tube” shaft shape. Uncloaked objects will be seen behind this "test tube" space. If this tube or cigar shaped structure has hyperspace cababilities it can be and is suspended in mid air. Objects (clocked) inside this tube do not fall out the bottom but the extent of this tube is the lowest point to which objects within its enclosure may fall. Objects may be passed or thrown into or our of "sequestered space" (new term) through a door or port hole made of primary cloaked matter, but all borders for safety must be primary cloaked matter. Objects which transverse the cloaking thresshold line will remain contiguous unto themselves but will none the less have the the affected portions thereof either cloaked or uncloaked. This is all the detail I can give.

All Those Conversations with Dead People

Anybody who feels they need to put on 'Mr. Crowley" to listen to while reading this, well, be my guest. Captain Piccard once said "In for a penny; in for a pound", but I'm going to try and restrict the madness at least some and "edit my own thoughts" to restrict this to people you've at least heard of, and then only things I thinks you would find most interesting. You know there is a roomer that when Woodward and Berstein wrote "All the President's Men" they left out the involvements of certain people because they were just too obscure, and among these were Ron Nasty, Barry Wham, Dirk Mc Quickly, and Stig O Hare. You know I liked "The Basement Tapes" and one is tempted to make that analogy here. Dylan says he hates the Basement Tapes now. But I'm thinking if I had a choice of whether to release that album or "John Wesley Harding" for me it would be a no brainer. Dylan had already released "Down along the Cove" and "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight" in March of 1967 however here is another of those "time discontinuities" that Warf talked about in that TNG episode. Because "they" now say these songs weren't recorded till October of 1967 in Nashville. What we have here is a difference in recollections. For me it's like Beethoven having two compositions and one of which he plans to publish as sheet music. It's a choice between the opening movement of Beethoven's Fifth, or else the Oscar Mayer Wiener song. Gee, that's a tough call.

People who've heard Abbey Road know there is stuff on there that doesn't sound like any of the Beatles. For instance the "Sun, sun, sun, here it comes" - hand clapping - - was obviously influence by someone who has heard the song by the "Sun Rays". You know it isn't "Because" but "Love Is- - - " by Lennon that sounds like the Moonlight Sonata. I think there was a lot of marijuana smoking when "Because" and "Sun King" were composed. But you know unlike all these soap operas, sometimes dead people say things you don't expect. I have mentioned how a medium channeling John Lennon said that "he didn't mind if Yoco marketed his personal posessions for money. I thought "Lennon would never approve that". Well, it turns out I was wrong. John Lennon told me that he did in fact approve of that. Another time in 1995 when Jackson did Come Together- - he used the term "monkey fingers" and again I was up in arms because I believed the phrase to be "manchier fingers" referring to the German for "many". Well I talked to Lennon about it and he told me the word was indeed "monkey" but he thought the word "manchier" might actually be an inovative improvement". As you know Lennon almost never talked about Yoco with me. I later deduced he was under pressure not to talk about his marriage. One area Lennon expressed interest in my life about was the "Arimid" era in the mid sixties like 1966 and 1967. When I was in therapy with Eileen, I'd be on my way home and Lennon had all sorts of observations to make. And I wrote them all down when I got home. Sometimes reading your own stuff is a refreshing learning experiance. Of course the phrase "Arimid" is Di Mira backwards. Lennon knew I watched the soap and he thought I might like the "backwards humor". As to my remarks from yesterday I haven't heard back from John Lennon. Some things come out in my personality even in Wickipedia, like that I'm a bit of a glory hog. I tell George Martin what to do with a song. And I leeer over Paul's shoulder as he works out the piano part on "Come Together" because on the actual song, I want to perform it myself.

In August of 1992 I recorded a folk song by Judy Collins I believe, the tape was already running and I got the whole song. It was kind of a downer thing but it intrigued me. John Lennon heard the tape and said "I want to learn that song so I can record it". He performed it on a twelve string guitar. About May 1st of 1994 John performed a new rendition of "Free as a Bird" on that same twelve string guitar. It was a decidedly more cherry version than the record, there is almost a smugness about it. At about this same time I met Kurt Kobain. Before this I had surmised that he was one of those "shallow generation X people". I was quite favvoribly impressed with Kurt Cobain. He was cheerful and had a sense of humor. It was in August of 1994 that he recorded a surf piece called "Longboading" with Richi Vallenz, and Stewart Sutcliffe on base. (somebody played drums) Kurt played the more difficult of the two guitar parts, because Richi (unlike me) didn't want to be a glory hog. John and Kurt became good friends and hung out together a lot during the mid nineties. I'd like to introduce a brand new word to my lexicon of terms and that is "Avatar". This is not a new term to any of you but tome is is. It's some personage on screen that you control when you're playing a video game. This next part is going to sound a little creepy. First of all I don't know so many questions that I myself have had are being answered now. Some new force may be "tilting the table in my favor" these days. I don't know if it's Burt or who? As you know all these dead people I mention - John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, Stewart Sutcliffe, Dennis Wilson, John Bohnnum, all look like their old bodies. When I knew Richi Vallenz as a youth, he had a different avatar. He had red hair and a few freckles and green eyes. Now he's gone back to his old avatar. Here's the creepy part. It seems the Romulans actually take your DNA from your dead body and transport it via hyperspace link, and reassemble it, and then when you die your soul can reincarnate in it. So what happened with me on January 1st. 1995 in the evening. This is when the whole "talking with the dead" thing with me really got cranked up into high gear. What the others saw in that Sirius A recording studio wasn't my body. I don't remember it not being me. But to do a whole hyperspace ship transport was just too much trouble (besides freaking me out). So they did one of these astral projection things we talked about previously- - - except I had a body I was able to control. As you know this night Stewart Sutcliffe invited me to that studio to record a version of Bach's 3rd Brandenburg Concerto with John Bohnnum, himself, and some other accustic guitarist who had a hell of a lot more tallent than I did. Stewart was confident I was up to the task, but I sure as hell felt out of place recording with John Bohnnum. Anyhow I got the easy part. Basically all I had to know was scales, and I practiced these a little in advance. So now you have J. S. Bach sounding like "Black Dog". John Lennon was there but did not perform on this song but did go "The Night has a Thousand Eyes", performed on guitar and vocal. He had just rewritten the lyrics so this song because he had some beef with Jim Ladd calling him a hypocrate because he got the idea somewhere Jim Ladd was really a gun freak, and he demanded that I turn the radio station. A month or so earlier there was a session in the same studio that was more spactacular. Keith Relf of the Yardbirds had written a bunch of new songs. Present were John Bohnnum on drums, and Stewart on Bass, and some organ-synthizer player. These compositions I was really impressed with when I heard a tape of them. "Stu, you should market this stuff". It was a real progressive rock sound. One more "tape" I really want to mention is the sessions from early spring of 1995. These are with Dennis Wilson on drums, Richi Vallenz on guitar, Stewart on bass, and some organist. The whole tape was really obscure surf songs you could actually buy in the sixties. There were no original compositions. A lot of people think these songs on this tape are "really annointed". The only song I recognize is "It Ain't Me, Babe" you all know, done somewhat slower and a little off key. (it sounds better that way) Two more songs I want to talk about and we're done (with this paragraph) "All Your Loving" - the John Mayoll Song, was recorded at CMK studios in September of 1972 with Richi Vallenz (with his avatar desguise) and Black Bart on drums and his brother on bass. The singer was from outside our group. Somehow his vocal track got erased and you only hear this faint "resonence". The other song is "A Shot of Rhythm and Blues" from Beatles at the BBC. Richi did this song with Black Bart on drums and F H as multi tracked vocal It's just perceptably slower (almost identical tampo) but the sound engineering is much better than the BBC version.

I want to pick up on something I added late yesterday on that last file. I talked about "Bo" still owning propriatary rights to my body, like an absentee landlord. That's assuming that Bo is still discarnate (akin to getting child support till you remarry) But - - remember that cat we named "Bo"? Not the same entity. And I'm glad of that. "Bo" the human being is a little creepy, actually. He has this vacant almost retarded look in the eyes. To pick up on last night's Simpson's episode- - - in second through forth grade I was a math genious. In the fifth grade I had a different teacher, of course, and in the fall of 1960 for some reason I just "phazed out" and didn't do the work. I don't know if I was bored or what. To this day I'm mystified by my attitude. But I just remembered something. There is one of these ultra secret audio tapes made by celebreties- - I've only heard once, but once is enough. Guess what? I got that same creepy vibe listening to this tape- - and I just remembered. Since this avatar was alive (I won't stoop by calling him human. Stu doesn't like him either) There is that same vacant look in the eyes. Reading about this individual in Wickipedia is about as frustrating trying to have sex after you've just given your dick a shot of novacaine. I learned nothing. Of course I learned almost nothing from any Mick Ronson material either. You know the best thing about "Bo" being incarnated, if it's really him? At least he's not cluttering up Sirius A or some other planet. So even if this soul in his karmic past "knows where all the bodies are burried', I can wait...

So, you have another Question. Big surprise! "Can the Romulans do things the Federation Can't?" Yes, when it comes to cloaking things and people and also in materializing objects out of thin air. If you have a material object on your person and you are cloaked, the object is cloaked, too. But even cloaked things and people need some transport device or "protective space bubble" going through hyperspace. Larger objects can be cloaked and transported also such as an incident I didn't use, Stewart materializes objects out of thin air into the room, and they are solid, but then throws them back into nowhere. But these larger objects lose their coherence, [see late addendum, so put down that microphone a minute, Uncle Joe and keep reading. We're coming to that], and dissolve back into a cloaked state and sink into the earth from gravity. I don't know how, and the Federation can't do this without acquiring the proper licensing and permission and stuff, which the Romulans keep the price high on. Stewart is not interested in really answering this question so I'm still pretty much in the dark. [late addendum: But here is a partial answer. This "protective bubble in this space has a physical boundary. If you are in normal space certain (?) cloaked objects materialize and dematerialize when leaving the thresshold. Objects thrown into them seem to disappear and seem to appear spontaniously when pulled out of this "boundary". The reason why materialized objects break down spontaniously far from home is that the large equipment necessary to properly stabalize these objects is not present] Cloaked objects do have mass and are subject to gravity. They also have coherence with themselves and any other cloaked object or person. They cannot travel through hyperspace unprotected, or as it were un shielded. As far as I know nobody has the ability to "beam" an object somewhere. But the transport used for an object need not be near as elaborate as with a person. And a cloaked person can be transported much more easily than an uncloaked person.

Lindsey Graham "Dangers of Limitations on War"

Well as Bob Dylan says, "I guess it must be up to me"
if I want to get thing typed.

Lindsey Graham came out today with the shocking statement likening Mitt Romney and other republicans to having a "Jimmy Carter" foreign policy in that they attack this President from the left, on the dovish side. It's pretty much Tea Party doctrine to want to be careful about money and to follow the constitution (some of the time) and not have indiscriminate bombing of Libya and such. John Mc Cain echoed Lindsey's sentaments yesterday saying that what a Pity is was that no Republican candidate supported our President and this whole "perpetual war" doctrine we have had for so long. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said a big reason why he's resigning and getting out of the whole business is because he can't relate to an era where people actually don't have unlimited money for war expenses. He's used to the Constituted being flouted routinely. Even Bill Clinton said of Kosovo, "The war powers act is wrong because the Constitution gives me the power". Pat Buchannon and all the Mc Laughlin crowd agree that the President is in violation of the law if he doesn't get congressional approval for the Libyan campaign. The Administration responds that "We are not doing the bombing ourselves but we turned that job over to NATO". Most on the Mc Laughlin group agree "right now the whole Libya thing is a mild minus for the President. But if Quadafi gets killed or ousted that it could quickly turn into a big plus for this President in his chances next year. Some say Quadafi is a mad man and will "take over all of Africa starting with Egypt" if the us and "our side" does not "WIN" this current conflict. Quadafi has had forty years to do that if he wanted to. Hillary Clinton was at the A O or Aftican Organization (?) of nations yesterday trying to get them to oppose Quadafi. But the concencus is that the Organization is not deisposed to oppose Quadafi because he has supported them in the past and is their friend. Of course yesterday we all got to see Texas Governor Rick Perry in that New Orleans conference on C-Span. He has more charisma than either Tim Pawlente or Rick Santaurum. He has that old time Southern evangelist flair. He has that "fire in the belly" that Sarah Palin talks about. At this point I'm be tempted to peg him as thee number one candidate to best next year, and this guy will supplant Romney for first place, if he hasn't already.

They raised a "difficult question" that no Republican wants to answer on "Meet the Press" this morning. And the question is "Aren't there other ramifications to all this budget cutting you people want to do in Medi-Care and in Social Security? Don't such cuts inherently styfle the economy and slow it down and risk the process of the recovery continuing in genera'? At this point Lindsey Graham went off on some irrelivent rant, the way Christians like to do. Of course you know this economy is a basket case and perhaps terminal. It's like a man who's had a bad stroke going into the hospital. He can't be at all sure he's coming out. This economy has been likened to a drug addict. When you are really addicted to a lot of dope you run the danger of dying if you continue using the drug, or find it ever necessary to up the ammount, much as the Fed keeps pumping the money supply. But if you get off the dope you could die that way, too. If you're hooked on Vallium or a barbituate you could die of convulsions. I don't know if it's even possible to "walk that tightrope" and wean the economy off the money hype, and still have it survive it at all. Our next President will have to face difficult questions like this.

Some of you have more questions about that dimensions stuff. One question is "Isn't that whole astral projection thing you talked about really TWO dimensions of Ordenary Space, and ONE dimension (not two) in the psychic realm? You know something? You're right. Of course some will say "Isn't it possible there are unimigined geometric shapes such as Cones, that can occur. Another question is "Why restrict yourself to just SIX dimensions in the psychic realm? Wouldn't the number of dimensions be virtually unlimited, after all it's all mental to begin with". Well I stuck with the number six for three reasons (a) because six dimensions would already be complicated from a geometric standpoint (b) there are six little divisions in the big ball at the top of the triangle of dimensions, which are also six. Also someone told me that the greatest shape involving all polygon faces in a cube would be six. I'm told such a structure had 72 faces, whereas a five sided one has but twelve. Some ask "What about the whole Time and engrams thing. Do engrams really "travel" through time? From a strict determinist point of view any "travel" through Time is problemical. Bending Time is out of the question. Perhaps think of Engrams as "not time sensitive" like a canned good or a Hostess Twinky. In English the present tense has the "always" feel about it. Like "this building Always is fourteen feet tall" or "the blood of Christ - -ALWAYS cleanses from sin. It's true yesterday, today, and tomorrow. We in English and also in Spanish have the "progressive tense" that isolates the present more precisely in terms of Time. But engrams may not be time sensitive. Meaning that if you commit any act it is an Eternal act, and never goes away, even ones you haven't comitted yet. Finally there is the question about the psychic chessboard and "isn't this really two dimensions in the psychic dimension, and not that other thing". You know, you might be right. One needs to discern between my meanings for "Materiality" and "Physicality". If you think there is "pyhsicality" to the chessboard thing, you just might be right. Another may even say "Do you have anything against three dimensional chess?" Well, Mal Evans says that "basically it's just a two dimensional thing- - in terms of the psychology of the conflict. It would be too easy to hide in three dimensions".

If it were me I'd have kept the guitar overdubbing on "The End"
and also I rather like that extended version of "Her Majesty"

First I want to note the passing of Bruce Springsteen's saxophone player. He was an original member of the E Street band since 1973 and was intrinsic to the band's sound. Also of course Bruce Springsteen was card no 21 on the original Burt Lombard ZAC Tarrot Card deck. Some say when you die you instantaniously acquire the knowledge of God, knowing everything about everything, including things even theologians admit they don't know about God. As you know my position is that death is not "eternity". Time marches on. And I imagine there is some sort of a steep "learning curve" you have to get used to. But I want to talk about this whole Beatles and money thing raised on KRTH this morning. John Lennon was in it for the money. When the Beatles first met Brian Epstein it was John who said "We heard about you as a man who can Make It Happen for us". I have done three "stints" as John Lennon. The 3rd one was when they were about to do Abbey Road and John Lennon said "I need you". We wrote "Come Together" together. The whole idea for the "You Can't Catch Me" theme was my idea, and also for the little lead guitar bits in the song, like at the end. John was mainly responsible for the lyrics, but he bounced ideas off of me to see if I liked them. As for "Because" that was basically my idea. The whole "Because the wind is high it blows my mind" and all is just a little too hippy-dippy for John's taste. As for Yoco playing the Moonlight Sonata- - - she was just some woman as far as I knew. I don't know if it was backwards or not but the whole tune just Came to me. [late addition: The whole bit about John not liking "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" is one I find perplexing and can't explain. Also I suggest sources reconsider whom they think plays lead guitar on 'Come Together"
Also when Lennon said "Oh, I'll take care of the overdubs" I don't believe he was referring to the vocal track. If you listen closely to the vocal it's artificial re-verb. I believe he was referring to the lead guitar part.] [John Lennon – lead vocals, twelve-string acoustic guitar, rhythm guitar, hand-claps This is the line-up for Polytheme Pam, lest there be any questions. The accent is a "Walrus" accent, in case you didn't catch that, Wickepedia] As to the long three years Beatle stint you know about that one in the mid 'sixties. But lets go back to July of 1960 now. KRTH says there was a time when "John wasn't sure he wanted to spend his life as a musician". But not just for three weeks after his return from Hamburg. And I thought it was Paul who was pissed-ff but maybe George and Pete, too- - that he was back in town and they said "we could have been earning money all this time". As to the whole name of Beatles thing my recollection somewhat differs. I was standing on a pier, probably in Liverpool, looking out into the harbor. It was an overcast day and perhaps unseasonably cool for a July. It was more like a voice that came to me "You are BEATLES with an A". It was sort of an occult or numerological thing, or anagrams. I think because of the anagrams BET SALE and BEST ALE. You take a bet on us and we'll make the sale. I didn't like the whole Buddy Holly "insect" connection being the Crickets, which spawned the whole Long John Silver and the Silver Beetles title. Tommy Moore was our first drummer and Johnny Hutchenson was our second. I thought it was John rather than George who bitched about bassist Ken Brown getting paid for not working. But the real John "wanted to think about the direction of his life a little" kind of like Jim did years earlier. (see previously) The spelling thing is kind of akin to "It's ZACHERY with an E". Mal Evans gave me that one. Previously on September first or so 1976 Zachery was the name of a character in a Romulan skit. It was some months before that that Pete Richards said to me, "If I ever have a son I think I'd like to name him something shiek like "Ziek" or "Zack". Anyhow you know about the Hamburg thing. The whole argument with management thing goes like this. We were unhappy with Bruno Cunsler (?) who owned the Indra and the Keiserkeller clubs. When I first got there I saw the Keiserkeller club with sort of a navel ship decore and I thought "this is a cool place" then Bruno says we will be working in this other place that's a dump. Now Bert Kemphert owned the Top Ten club. So we decided to move our things to the second floor above the club, and make more money and have a better boss. But Bruno didn't like that. As to who was filling in for "Me" all this time I rather suspect our old friend "Bo". Go back to the Rocca Rolla file somewhere and we talk more about "Bo".

I'd like to field a question on demon possesion. Can it happen? I define that as a "hostile takeover" of a body. Is Jesus correct? "When an evil spirit comes out of a man it roams the land looking for new habitation". We know a bunch of pigs became demon possesed at one point and Jesus allowed that, even though it costs the farmers their livelyhood. The other possibility is what I refer to as a "hostile acquisition" where you are "drafted" to possess a body you didn't want or intend to. Check around March 28, 2011 in whatever blog and search "Bingo" in Firefox to get it. (I'm too lazy to provide a link.) You get more background material even I myself have partially forgotten. (That's why it pays to write things down) Some would argue that you know the end of a Life before you chose incarnation in it. I don't agree. Sixth dimensional people have no absolute, innate foreknowledge of the future. (Only God knows that) Hence you can gauge for "environmental factors such as income and race and neighborhood. But you can't always predict what events will either swing your way or contrary or what people will become your allies or adversaries. These decisions are for those others to make alone, and they will be accountable for them later. Bad karma hinders your "orbital speed" and good karma increased it, Hence you will rise in the funnel and have more "space" to play with, and more options. For many if not most, such a "hostile acquisition" would be impossible if they were born with the same soul they have now. In my case I doubt this, so I might be vulnerable if the soul that was "Me" when I was born ever wanted his body back. As to the other "posession" or hostile takeover" I think I have seen demon possesed mental patients. The human brain is capable of a lot of strange things but at times even the modern Church thinks "something else is going on".

Taking Questions from our Readers

What is “psychic warfare” and how does it fig in to your scheme?

Is there sin in “Heaven” or what you call Hyperspace?

Does the Federation really control the outcome of football games?

Do people in the Federation and such know the future?

What is “terrestrial” existence?

How does that “funnel” illustration in your Prophecy book fit in?

What is the “psychic chessboard” and how does that fit in?

Do you believe there is a thing called “Sin”?

If so what are the deleterious effects of it on our lives?

Whatever happened with that “San Bernardino” incarnation (life)?

If hyperspace has no actual "space" and no actual location, how can hyperspace be said to have "dimensions?

Can the future be known - by Anybody?

You know something? You ask good questions. It shows you’re thinking. You’re not just slipping into a mental fog and believing everything (or not) what you are reading. I’ll attack all these questions in sequence right now. First of all there is psychic warfare but it doesn’t “take place” in hyperspace. It takes place in our three dimensions in various places such as the Federation or the Beta Centaurians or Alcyonne. But what it does is USE the lowest or first psychic dimension to play upon people’s minds. Keep in mind people elsewhere are really smart. The Federation doesn’t have dummies. They’re the sort of people if they joined the Boy Scouts would have achieved Eagle Scout by the time they’re twelve. That kind of smart. People get a lot dumber hanging around this dumb society, and we’re getting dumber all the time, I suspect. In other words you have to be “physically there” in the third dimension. In a “vision” they are in your “event horizon”. In terriestrial (spirit, ghost) occupation, you are in Their “event horizon”. (Capish?) This answers the second question. There is no sin once you have actually advanced into the hyperspace world. Yes the Federation controls football game outcomes and NO they do NOT know the outcomes ahead of time. If I have implied they did it’s my error. But they are very smart and see things akin to sports commentators on steroids. You know how a TV commentator often says “Here’s what strategy the team needs to use” and the team does something really stupid instead and they lose the game. It’s kind of the difference between being a Jeopardy contestant for real, and getting butterflies, and sitting comfortably on your couch on TV. They use Star Wars (Jedi) style mind manipulation to either make a player miss a pass or go to the wrong place, or else give him tips on how to be cool and catch a difficult pass. “Warfare” comes because competing entities are trying to control the game.

This “terrestrial” question has flummoxed me in the past. It's one thing for instance to have some "hunch" or emotion you can't explain. To have the feeling "someone is watching me" is a more specific complaint. Before you scitzophrenic chassers come after me, what about a hidden camera in a dressing room? It "sees" you. The camera doesn't see itself but it views everything in its "event horizon" on a two dimensional basis. You are in its "territory". As best I know the “region” of areas such as Cortessians, for instance, have “portals” in the second psychic dimension shaped in the pattern of ground or terrestrial occupation. They thus “occupy the space” psychically. “But you said you weren' t really there in the 2nd. dimension”. Well, it’s kind of like their souls or "psychic energy" can be physically there but- - their body isn’t. I guess that's what "astral projection" is. It's just that. It's a projection. It wouldn’t be that different to say that I was on Reigel V for instance. But I’m not staking out land and don’t take up permanent residence. If a bunch of us from where I live did it all together, we might be said to be "terriestrial". That was a hard question.

Let’s do the karmic funnel one. You know the whole Griffith Park observatory demonstration with the orbits of the planets and all and being “caught up in your orbit of sin”. Sin has its own restricting momentum. A Scientologist would say if you ever go down the bottom of the funnel you have achieved psychic death. In terms of the thing one must, as in the case of the “soap bubble” analogy make mental leaps. This funnel exists not in physical dimensions at all but "karmic dimensions". Hyperspace is still a "physical dimension". It's not a material dimension but it has a theoretical physicality. Karmic dimensions are a "measurement" of another sort. But still useful. The Vertical nature of the funnel represents karma. The Horizontal dimension represents Freedom, which is also a karmic, rather than physical dimension. The funnel exists in these karmic, non physical dimensions. The psychic chessboard goes back to “Psychic Wars” and basically is carried out by “who is fer ya and who is again you”. But it also alludes to the karmic dimension of Freedom, too, so it has a double application. I have stated that one normally wants a big rather than a small chessboard. This is because you never enter in at the beginning of the “chess game” but find that a lot of pieces have already been arranged for you before you got there. Hence the expression “He was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple”. More often than not a small chessboard works to your detriment because it gives you fewer options to get out of the jams the “set up” placed you in. It is a matter of “trying to control as many squares on the board as you can, so in this it is like the Federation verses whoever. If you’re able to enlist aid on your behalf you will prosper more than if you have “tellestial” enemies against you. (“Tellestial” refers to the one dimensional portal to “whoever is pulling the strings”. In answer to the next question I don’t refer to Sin in the Calvinist sense but rather in the sense of “error” that the scientologists use. To call it “sin” it actually has to be Wrong. Many Christians live submissive, responsible lives, yet some religious church cult still imputes “Sin” to them. A “Vice” in and of itself is not a sin. Neither drinking nor gambling nor prostitution is “en se” a sin. Under our definition. But true “error” will shrink your chessboard and reduce your options, and sin will feed upon itself further piling on perceptual distortions, which further hinder your progress.

Finally we come to the San Bernardino connection. I haven’t tried to visually find his neighborhood by looking at Google street view or anything. I haven’t heard from ‘Him” in a while. But I have a theory. I think he was a mad man and that’s why he saw people as controlling his life all the time. I wasn’t insane dreaming about his life, so I saw his world as a sane person would. But I don’t know what THEY had to put up with when I wasn’t there. As far as I know it is as Burt and Mal said it is, and Burt Lombard took over his body, but before doing so, he paid me a rare call. Capish?

Let's take the knowing the future one first. My "super-self" theory is an interesting mathematical extrapelation of Einstein's special theory of relativity but it won't wash. There is another way I talked about knowing the future vintage 1080's snail mail. And that is en-grams from the future? Some may say engrams have no physicality so how can they "travel" anywhere, especially through Time? What we see in the Mind is "abberations" of the brain. We associate the accumulation of knowledge with information stored in our brain cells, which pretty much "already have to exist". Well, let's look at that. How do these people gain "information" about their pre-incarnate lives. According to Mr. Richi "there is no physical contiguous brain to store information in so it can't happen". Well, what if we "read" engrams? You say "Isn't that the problem to begin with?" Actually no. Most people talk about "running" engrams, the same way you "run a computer program. But if you enter in DOS TYPE *.BAS you can "read" the actual program instructions to gain insight, perhaps even fix it or at least see what caused the problem if there is one. Hence "print outs" of this nature thus contain information that can be "read" and they travel to us from the past. They can also travel, I suggest, from the Future. Some are tempted to resort to the vinyl "print through" analogy like my copy of 'Helen Wheels". Well, not quite. But to say that no physicality travels through time- may be jumping the gun.

So how can hyperspace have dimensions? Hyperspace is beyond infinity, agreed? For instance if you take a piece of paper and draw a horizon line and then draw a perpendicular pair of railroad tracks going off to Infinity at the horizon- - well. Now suppose you draw a small x an inch or so above the horizon line and someone asks you "Where on the ground- - how far away does that x lie?" You can't answer that. It's beyond infinity. Here's another. You have a photograph lying on a table. It's two dimensional. Suppose you say to some entity in the photograph "find a point three inches up". "What point", they ask. "Any point", you insist. They say "We can't do that. We haven't a clue". And they don't. This is how it is with space in the psychic dimension (s). Suppose there is some principle that in order for something to be called material space it has to be enclosed in some kind of line entirely. A circle is such a line. Is a hyperbola such a line? No. A hyperbola can't enclose space. Now many may say with respect to circular trigonometry "I can understand that and its applications but hyperbolic trig is alien to me". Are their dimensions in hyper space? How well do you know your trig? (my apologies if that's one of Sarah Palin's kids) Are our souls made of some sort of "tachions" that only travel faster than light if set free, like a bird from a cage? Is not the equation for hyperbolic trig basically just a flip-flopped rendition of that for circular trig? (consult Wolframalpha.com) Do not all the six standard functions in trigonometry have the same functions and mathematical relations to each other as the twin functions in regular trigonometry do? "I suppose so". I rest my case. Hyper-space can indeed have "dimensions". Well, I took on some hard ones today but I think I did allright.

Et Tu? - A A R P

Well, A A R P the American Association of Retired People has come out in favor of accomodating Paul Ryan and John Boehner and the whole crowd in the Republican House by saying they'll go along with anything Congress passes and won't fight or lobby against it. This is a C change in the power struggle between the Young Turks and the population over 62 because without the aquiessence of A A R P it was doubted that any bill "reforming" Social Security could be passed. Now A A R P has agreed to a boost in withholding taxes, a rise in the retirement age, and also a cut in payments. So you could see the retirement age rise to seventy (after all people are living longer now) and maybe a ten percent cut in benefits, and maybe a hike to eight percent withholding from the current 4.5. percent. After all, you know, we have to "make up" for this year's cut. People know that change is coming and that things will never again "be like they used to be".

Syria has had its biggest protests ever with "tens of thousands" taking to the street to demand the downfall of Bashar Al Assad. Europe had been saying as of several months ago that they wanted to "netogiate" with Al Assad in an attempt to "draw him away from Iran". But now Europe is talking about imposing sanctions on Syria. They should think about doing more than that. As you know the threat here is Shiite Islam and if these two mega-powers get together who knows what hell could be unleashed. Nineteen protesters were killed in Friday's action. But now they say that the "security grip" on the nation is weakening, because the protests are growing in both numbers and ferocity Of course we know that "people are inclined to suffer injustice as long as such injustices are tollerable". Well, the Fourth of July is coming up.

Now they have some new hair dye product that really does what commercials have long liked to claim in that it "gets rid of the gray for all time". When this hair product is used on aging gray mice it turns their fur back to a vibrant, health black, that they had in their youth. The product works by adding protiens to link the hair follicle stem cell to the cells that determine the color of the hair. If the two "are not working together" the hair goes gray, but this product restores the all important pritien link. Of course the traditional hair dye people would love to spread a roomer that this product causes cancer or something so the FDA won't let it on the market. Now we are worried about cancer from suntan lotion, from the lotion itself. Also the government is saying while they block the ultraviolet B rays, most to nothing to stop the A rays, which don't burn like the B's but still cause cancer. Now they are posing the question of "which causes more cancer - eating an apple, drinking from a styroform cup, or talking on a cell phone?" Apparently the answer is none of the above but rather spending over six hours sitting and not getting up and walking around. If more people spent more time just standing and moving around and walking, they say cancer would but more dramatically than all three of these sources put together.

This has been the worst fire season throughout America ever. They say we have had TWICE as many fires in the first six months, than is normal for the entire year! The area of the forests now burning is six times the size of Rhode Island. It's mostly in the south in places like Arizona, Texas and Florida. I've been hearing about droughts in Florida, which sounds strange. Apparently they've been having a lot of dry lightning in Florida. Of course one never knows to the extent at which global warming has messed with our climate and made this one of the strangest weather years ever. They used to be concerned about pine beetles in forests in the Rockies, but I haven't heard that much about that one lately. Of course our prayers go out to all the brave firemen working all hours in harm's way on the front lines.

Today is June 17th which means the first day of summer will be soon. This week in June around here often sees more a dramatic change in the weather than we see in the previous two or three months. This was the case in 1971. I remember on June 7th of 1971 it was an overcast Monday and I did a speech on "Jesus Freaks" for the first time in a tape recording. I had gotten fed up with the continued mind games and I knew it was a topic I could no longer ignore. I believe it was days later that my brother Al came over with several new record albums including Santana III, the new Free album, and also Procol Herum's new album "Broken Baracades". In the title song Pete Richards remarked "This sounds just like the rapture". We didn't know what he was talking about. I gleaned it was about the end of the world. It was later that I learned it would only be the "disappearence" of Christians. There seems to be doubt whether you are raptured with your clothes on or not. Jesus Christ seems to indicate that you just "drop dead' and just your soul departs with the line when the desciples "Where, Lord" and Jesus says, "Where there is the dead body, the vultures will be gathered". It was very soon after this date that I established my own End of the World date of June 16th of 2007 in the mid afternoon. But if you've read a recent posting you know I have set a date of September 28th of this year, late in the evening. To me it's only rational that the body would remain behind. Of what use would a physical body be in heaven anyhow, or in "Hyperspace", as I refer to it as. Nobody has proved that you even possess an immortal soul separate from the body. One reason why I didn't argue for an afterlife in my book is that I had no scientific basis on which to base such an argument. I guess if you're an "intrigalist" to coin a new word, you would say your "conciousness" and your "Will" is an outgrowth of the biological organism, which is your brain and body. You only THINK you are something beyond this. But assuming you have an immortal soul as Catholics and others claim (though the Bible is vague about it) then the question arises why in a single day so many would be "Called Home" or whatever. And would the body just drop dead or do they zombie out with some other spiritual presence? And by the power of what Force is there the dissernment of Souls where you can say "this one will go up in the rapture and these others won't". This would imply that karma gives you some sort of "options" people with poorer karma don't have, and somehow you have the "power" either from yourself or permission of another, to leave your physical flesh habitation. I guess the topic needs more investigation.

Writing on the Subject of Writing

I would like at this time to address the motives for my writings, so you could call this essay “writing on writings”. As you know I self published a prophecy book in 1980. Of course I made the assumption that I had a marketable talent. So what do I mean by that? Well, some may verbally express ideas to people to see how they react. I do that with my theories all the while keeping the other person’s mental reference point in mind. If they aren’t up for what I have to say, then saying it is unproductive. One may even submit writings like to Dr. Levy to be published in a news latter. I have written a lot of good stuff that Dr. Levy hasn’t used. I wrote that thing on the Holocaust over two years ago I thought was really great. Some of the truths expressed in that essay transcend specific reference to the Jewish Holocaust. But Dr. Levy chose to use a much more banal piece of work instead like “what are my plans for the rest of my life”. Well, I have the whole rest of my life to work out that one. I’m not going to come up with a definitive answer in five minutes. About three months ago I wrote Dr. Levy a series of letters referring to three different blog postings. All three kind of put God’s morality on trial and demonstrated cases in which man’s morality is superior. The first I submitted was called “A Question of Values”. He said he was going to publish it but decided to yank it at the last minute. Another, austensively with the word “Libya” in the title heading, could more rightfully be called “Don’t let your enemies set your agendas”. The third was originally a two parter in letters called “Choice God approved of man making, and choices I have made”. I stick them side by side to gauge which indeed is the more morally enlightened of the two. A big thesis of this letter was to say “If my fate were solely based on my own choices, it would be very different”. We now return to my book. Pete Richards criticized the introduction of it in saying “You exclude all those people who don’t believe in God; you exclude all the people who are into various occult arts; you exclude all the people who don’t believe in an after life; and you exclude all the people who don’t believe in a Last Judgement”. That’s right. The book wasn’t for them, since it was tagged as a book on Biblical Prophecy, so lets get that straight. Nowhere in the book do I try to prove either that God exists, or if he does that he is a moral God, and nowhere in the book do I endeavor to prove that there is an afterlife. So if you lack these prerequisite beliefs the book won’t help you anyhow and you shouldn’t buy it. Pete should have realized that I knew this. We then come to the idea of whether it’s “moral” for a Christian to earn money with his talents, and should other Christians help him do it. Oddly I got the feeling that Mark Bove didn’t believe in helping out other Christians economically or in any other way (such as romantic woes, or just needing a time to vent feelings in a “safe” environment) In my defense I turn to the movie “Loving You” where Elvis says “If you wanted work done reappolstering your car- - you would not expect to go to a total stranger and have it done for free, would you?” Sure if he’s a friend he might do it as a favor to you. But the same would go with a professional singer. What he will do for his friends is not necessarily what he’d do for a total stranger. The trouble with Mark Bove is essentially one of guilt in my opinion. He’d hate others putting a mirror up to him and seeing himself because he wouldn’t like it. And every time he looks at you he sees a superimposed picture of himself. That’s his problem. We now come to the value of conversation. If I only had another five or ten minutes of Dr. Levy’s time he could spend that time reading my stuff, if he hasn’t so far. It’s strange to think I am capable of composing and writing things faster than another person can read them. And then we have the whole idea of the idle monologue. “Sister Irene” and her son are guilty of this. They will go on and on about “Dying to self” or “God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life” and they think if I don’t respond to it when they say it once, if somehow they repeat it ten times, that somehow I will. In Scientology they always say to define your words, and if a person has a problem with a word or term to stop the speaker right there and ask for a definition. The same may apply to a concept label that is not properly defined. I myself would prefer to be stopped in my tracks, if the listener is no longer following me or “tracking with me”. The goal being to get the listener “back on the track”. Many like Marcus Blackwell or Mark Bove or Sister Irene don’t see communication that way. They see it as some sort of “free psychotherapy” where they can go on some kind of a rant monolog - - free of all restraints. The final area which I would like to explore is the one of accidently or deliberately distorting a person’s position when you do offer feedback to what they said. This is of key importance for dialog between hustands and wives having a spat. They will introduce some inflammatory inference or statement that the other person never said, because they weren’t listening carefully. I imagine foreign diplomats must spend a lot of time undoing the Damage caused to this sort of distortion. Sometimes the feedback from the other tells you a lot more about THEM than it does about you. Nobody looks at their images in funhouse mirrors and exclaims “Gee, do I really look like that?” They know it’s the mirrors and maybe they say something like “I’d like to have a funny mirror like that”. A lot of the feedback from Jesus Christ on KFI 640 fits into this category. Sometimes, and I’ll mention Mark Bove again- - he will “strip out” all spiritual “God talk” from my words and interpret it as though he didn’t have a spiritual bone in his body and expected that I didn’t, either. I would be stunned by such feedback. But it would drive home the fact that “Pastor Mark is just putting on an Act on Sundays, and the rest of the time when he deals with real people he actually cares about, he’s not like this”. Well, that’s about all I had to say. I hope this little essay on “Thinking Straight” has been helpful.

On the subject of morality- - - I think it may well be that “Darma” or Destiny owes us moral recompence from friends, associates, and superiors who have wronged us, if not in this life then in the next. I don’t think “God” owes us for damage or injury caused by natural phenomenon due to physical laws of cause in effect. Only those changes in the ecology that were caused by human irresponsibility. In the sixth dimension we deal with Living entities and not inanimate ones. We cannot hide things from each other in the sixth dimension. I don’t believe personal that God is a moral being but that the laws of cause in effect are “just” – as far as they go. But I think it’s best to think of wrongs done us by actual People rather than that caused by Nature. In terms of the "Why was I born who I was?" question, I've thought about that. It could be in the sixth dimensional psychic realm they have instituted some of a cosmic draft pick system. You may get a number of 1 billion 5 hundred and 52 or something. Somebody else might have a draft number of 987,654,321 and they would be that many ahead of you. You would thus be free to pick any life that is equal to or a lower value than your priority number. Or simply- - you get to pick after those with a lower number have gone before you. Your number won't rise as attrition occurrs because people coming into the sixth dimension (new arrivals) may have a better number. You may ask "who computes all that stuff?" The people themselves do, because remember everybody "up there" is as fast as a computer. (Selah) The question arises is "If God is not moral, what is the justification for Morality?" Good question. Glad you asked it. Well morality can be seen as "integrity". Such as products being built with integrity. That is they are "build right". A well engineered archetectural structure is a thing to behold. It takes some form of "intelligent design". But the Intelligence comes from the Human Mind and not from any outside deity or power. (as a rule) Were an idea to come into a mind from a power with higher karma, then that idea would be in part Their idea, and it would STILL be an idea that comes from a person and not from "God". Thus morality can see seen is intelligent design with the absence of error. (one of those Scientology words) Thus, like mathematics, morality is it's OWN justification. (Selah) Hitler would not long survive in such a perfect place of "integrity" because neither could they hide their loathing for him, and he could not "shut them out" but would be naked and exposed 100% of the time. (Selah) Consequently he would have a desire to leave.

Congress just voted to end the Ethanol tax subsidy, which has been around for years. Ethanol is an inefficient energy source. It's produced by corn, and the corn costs energy to cultivate, and it's only about 60% the efficiency of petroleum. Apparently if this law gets passed the president will ignore it. I think it passed the House but is having trouble in the Senate. I think the President needs to be forthcoming as to which energy sources he wants to "push". It seems now he is "pushing" all forms of energy even subsidizing oil and coal production. You know if we just yank all subsedies and let the free market solve the situation, we just might find a solution. It would mean lower profits for the big oil companies. People say that they have ideas for increased efficiency but the oil companies buy the patents and kill them. If people didn't lack faith in their own "product" and doubt its marketability, they wouldn't even have to make this choice. Were they"really on to something" I doubt they would sell out so cheaply. Short of duress, with a gun to your head or something, people freely choose to give up the rights to their own creative property. My advice to these people is "Don't".

I would like to talk about what would be a proper Health Care Insurance situation. I like the idea of “results oriented health care”. This means that if you get someone like “House” who appears not to know his ass from a hole in the ground, you won’t pay because the doctor keeps changing his mind, or uses an expensive form of care over a less costly one and thinks he’s doing you a favor. There are a lot of sheister Dentists out there who will make fake diagnoses requiring work that doesn’t really need to be done thinking they can just soak the insurance companies for it. The issue arises pertaining to a patient’s responsibility to maintain health. While I don’t deny that diet and other stuff plays a role in health, I don’t like the idea of a centeralized federal government dictating such policies. For one thing there besides the problem of enforcement of these policies, which would require “food police” and other squandered manpower to check up onyou, but also there is the issue of knowing for sure exactly how you are living. I believe you may contract your rights away if it’s an agreement you freely enter into. I know there are ante-nuptulal agreements people sign all the time signing away their legal rights. Personally I think these are immoral and flauting the institution of marriage itself. Some would sign away their rights to sue someone. I don’t like these either. If you, like me, believe human rights come from God, then only God should be able to take them away. I don’t like employers that require you not to smoke, even on your own time. I believe you are hired to do a specific job. The employer is owed your specified service, he’s not entitled to control every aspect of your life. But I’m just saying that these “Good rate insurance policies” should polifferate as more Insurers realize that they are subsidizing bad risks (and bad people) at the expense of good people (good risks) - - by not requiring responsibility from anybody, so the good suffer high rate with the bad. In terms of these people being dropped from policies and such, as far as I know even the Republicans are also concerned about certain aspects of the health insurance industry. What if it turns out the insurance companies are right most of the time? What if you are an irresponsible flake who is trying to jerk them around and “get away with something”? I continue to think that this idea that “Death” is somehow a curable disease is a phalocy. The idea that “normally” we just go on living forever – is a pipe dream. You know, God had “death panels” before any anti Obama people thought of the term. I think at a certain point further treatment becomes “unreasonable”. Police don’t provide 24 hour security guard service for free, and we should not expect a government remove all perils from our lives. As some wise man said long ago “Shit happens”. (Selah)

Anthony Wiener Softens and Pulls Out

Well I guess mob rule is supreme after all. The clamor of the media for Anthony Wiener to resign from Congress has finally gotten to him and today he's announced he's quitting. This is unfortunate since we need a man like Wiener in Congress. There aren't very many true blue liberals left. Even many people with a reputation as being liberal Democrats have sold out to the corporate right, and will respond accordingly when it comes to either blocking good bills, passing obnixious riders to bills, or just not following either their conscience or the will of the people who elected them into office. Clearly these matters of a petty sexual nature are nowhere the magnitude of what is routine for Congress and those in the executive branch.

Governor Jerry Brown vetoed the California Budget. This was a budget put together by a democratic legislature and vetoed by a democratic governor. Brown says he has "legally questionable manovers" and does not solve the debt problem because it doesn't put a cap on spending enough to control the rising debt. Some say the budget was "thrown together hastily" because of the strict ballot measure past last November that docked the pay of state legeslators for every day the budget was late. It is my oppinion that Brown is being a bit of an asshole by not just signing the budget and letting us go about the business of government. He keeps talking about obtaining republican votes to make some "deal". If it were me I'd take the victory and not have to mess with it any more and claim success.

Al Swahari has succeeded to the head of Al Qaeda. His is not an unfamiliar name to news watchers. Now they are saying HE was the "number two man in Al Qaeda". Just how many "number two people do they have?" They keep going through them as fast as we can kill them. But he's targeting Pakistan and tends to go after them specifically. Perhaps Pakistan has learned their lesson and will now be more friendly to the U S and approach us with the proper attitude. But maybe not. Al Swahari wants to expand Al Qaeda in Pakistan. The U S is now saying "it doesn't really matter because we don't believe Bin Laden's death signaled that much of a change anyhow". Of course some of the people arrested in Pakistan a couple days ago were ones that scope out good military targets for us to send our drone missiles into. Our goal is to strike strategic military targets but to keep deaths of civilians to a minimum. Now this is threatened and we may be set back in our efforts to "passify" the country. I think this would be a good time for the President to inform the American people just what our military stance is on Pakistan at this point and what the state of our diplomatic relations really are.

My advice is to sell common stocks now. We aren't down that much from the highs, so you can't complain you've already lost money and "have to get it back". The thing to do is sell stocks BEFORE you suffer future capital loss. The financial crisis in Greece is worsening. Many European countries have cut back their expenses worse than we have, so take heed. These crises are minefields of potential disaster, and there are more and more of them these days. Don't let some small blip in employment numbers fool you. The facts are that nobody on the street is confident, both Wall Street and Main Street. People don't hire because people don't spend. And they don't spend either because they are paying off prior debts (which is the responsible thing to do) or else they've taken a pay cut in their new job, or else they are just gun shy. People have just "lowered their expectations" in general of what "normal" is for them. I know I've personally had to do that. They may think it's prudent behavior, but this sort of "prudent behavior" is contagious disease for this sick economy.

I'm glad you found this blog. I know I skip from blog to blog every couple weeks and that gets confusing. Hopefully some of you long time readers have long since picked up on the pattern, and even the sequence of blogs. As for my changing to another system - don't count on it. I'm a real creature of habit. My philosophy on blogs of kind of like rock song artists in the 'sixties. I am constantly trying to be on top of the latest trends and "be ahead of the learning curve". I also hope to continually reduce spelling and grammar errors as well as increase the richness and texture of the text. Often I will be hearing something on the TV or radio while I'm typing and quickly incorporate it into the posting I'm typing.

Some of you numbers freaks may think I stumped myself several weeks ago saying that the number of lines associated with a dimension is always the square of the roster number of the dimension, as per my dimensional formula. Well we can all agree that four lines draws a square in two dimensions. But with three dimensions we offered you several alternatives, none of which was completely satisfying. I would like to remedy that now. Picture an east-west wall. Now at the corner picture a north-south wall, also vertical. Now picture a horizontal brick pattern between the two walls. To draw these three planes joined like this would take nine lines or three squared. The method goes draw a line in each directional dimension and have two lines shooting out from one end. This works in theory for four dimensions at sixteen lines, with four dimensional lines each shooting out three lines in other dimensions at the end of it. But it gets a little complicated. To simplify the matter try this exercise. Take six shapes standing for the six different "planes" in the fourth dimension. Now, I have concluded that drawing these six shapes can be accomplished in just sixteen lines. If I had graphics here I'd show it to you. But you can look at it this way - - each of the four dimensional lines is associated with three shapes (standing for the planes) The horizontal line is associated with the left slanting diamond and the right slanting horizontal diamond and the head on square. The vertical line is associated with the right and left slanting vertical diamonds, and the head on square. The line slanting to the left is associated with the vertical as well as horizontal left slanting diamonds as well as the face on square diamond. And the right slanting line is associated with the vertical and horizontal right slanting diamonds, as well as the face on diamond. Do you "get it" now?
